When I read the question I'm thinking that it would be Positive, because you need water, and your body is saving your life. A negative feedback would be if you were not thirsty when you were dehydrated, so then you wouldn't know.

Would teh thirsy sensation when dehydrated be a negative or positive feedback control system?
It would be a negative feedback control system, just like sweating. Negative feedback is when your body senses an unstable change in your body's internal environment and attempts to correct it. Your body senses that you need more water in your system so you feel thirst.Would teh thirsy sensation when dehydrated be a negative or positive feedback control system?
